I woke up. I had pancakes for breakfast. Eric cooked them on his new birthday griddle.

I got dressed. I hiked on two trails. I saw deer and a snake and a lizard and a toad and a chipmunk and a squirrel.

There were lots of fallen trees that we climbed over.

I saw lake wappapello.  There were boats pulling water skiers.

**From Mom: We took a side trail to a cemetery that had graves >200 years old!**

Eric cooked quesadillas on the griddle. I had a snack.

I threw the bean bags with Mom. I helped start the fire

I had veggie quesadillas and veggies and pretzels.

**From Mom: Jack helped me identify trees with my new field guide and he identified this red buckeye by himself!**

Eric made us quesadillas for lunch.

I played the corn hole and threw the football.

I had a special treat. We played Uno and Hangman.
